Ordering & MOQ

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU for stock products. For custom-molded or custom-color orders, the MOQ is typically 1,000–3,000 units depending on mold complexity and material requirements. We are flexible on trial orders — contact our sales team for a trial order quotation.

Q: Can I order mixed SKUs in one container?
A: Absolutely. We encourage mixed-container loading to help distributors build initial inventory across multiple product lines. A typical 20GP container accommodates 6–10 mixed SKUs, while a 40HQ can handle 12–20 SKUs depending on product dimensions.

Q: What customization options do you offer?

Shipping, Logistics & Payment

Q: What are your shipping and Incoterms?
A: We quote on FOB Tianjin (recommended for buyers with existing freight forwarders) or CIF to your designated port. Our logistics team coordinates with major carriers (Maersk, MSC, COSCO, CMA CGM) for competitive ocean freight rates. Estimated transit times: 15–20 days to Southeast Asia, 25–30 days to the Middle East, 30–35 days to Europe, and 25–35 days to North America.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: For new buyers, we require T/T 30% deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established accounts with 6+ months of trading history, we offer T/T 30% deposit, 70% against scanned copy of B/L, or irrevocable L/C at sight for orders exceeding USD 30,000.
