EPS is a rigid, closed-cell thermoplastic foam with a density range of 10–35 kg/m³. Its hallmark properties include outstanding thermal insulation (R-value of 3.6–4.2 per inch), superior compressive strength-to-weight ratio, and moisture resistance thanks to its non-hygroscopic closed-cell structure. Our EPS products are available in custom densities, thicknesses from 10mm to 500mm, and any dimensional specification required for your project.
Key applications include building envelope insulation (exterior walls, flat roofs, underfloor heating), cold chain logistics, protective packaging for fragile electronics and medical devices, void-fill solutions, and CNC foam shaping for industrial tooling and prototyping. EPP Foam — Multi-Impact Resilience & Structural Performance
EPP is an engineering-grade closed-cell bead foam with a density range of 20–120 kg/m³, renowned for its exceptional multi-impact resilience and energy absorption capacity. Unlike EPS which may permanently deform under high stress, EPP bounces back after repeated compression — a critical advantage for applications requiring cyclic loading and long service life.

- Massage & therapy balls — Available in spherical, peanut-shaped, and lacrosse-style forms, in densities from firm to standard. Food-grade, non-toxic, and ideal for plantar fasciitis relief, myofascial release, yoga, and sports recovery.
- RC glider fuselage cockpits — 480mm lightweight EPP airframes in 8 color variations, designed for hand-throw gliders with stable long-distance flight performance. Custom decals, branding, and packaging available for promotional campaigns.

All products undergo rigorous QA/QC inspection at our factory, with certificates of analysis (COA) available upon request. We maintain strict dimensional tolerances (±1mm for standard products) and offer third-party testing for fire retardancy (UL 94, ASTM E84), density verification, and compression strength.
